Industrial tools have a very important role in any industrial plant. There are many different big and small tasks that are performed in industries with the help of industrial tools. Without the use of these tools, it is not possible for industries to work smoothly and well. These tools are not only helpful in providing best efficiency from the industrial plants, but they are also very good friends of a worker working in the industry. With the help of these tools, a worker can perform in a better and efficient way and increase productivity by performing the tasks in very less time and in an accurate way.
In industries, tools that are used are classified in two major parts, one is the fixed tools and the other one is the hand held or portable tools. The fixed tools are very heavy and are used for performing heavy tasks that need very high amount of forces such as cutting heavy metal sheets, turning and facing of the metal parts and so forth. The fixed tools are very heavy, hence it is not possible to move them frequently, and hence they are fixed at a particular point. These tools include heavy hydraulic presses, lathe machines, milling machines, CNC machines, heavy cranes, etc.
On the other hand, the hand held tools are basically used for smaller, but important tasks in the industry. These tools are very light weight and can be easily transported from one part of the industry to another. Here are some of the tools that are frequently used in industries.

The drilling is the process of making holes to insert screws so that a fixture could be fixed at that place. These holes can also be made manually but drilling machine makes the task very easy and accurate and also performs it in a very less time. Drilling machine uses several different bits of varying sizes for making holes with different sizes.
Wrenches
Wrenches are the bolting tools that are extensively used in industries from many years. They are used for effective fastening and speedy tightening of various studs, fasteners, nuts and bolts. Proper bolting operations are essential for better safety and quality of the products. Some of the majorly used bolting tools include impact wrenches, torque wrenches, open end wrenches, pipe wrenches, etc

Welding sets
Welding is an important process that is used in industries for joining of two different metal parts. These metal parts are joined together by inserting a small amount of molten metal between the metal parts to be joined. The metal is molten using different means, hence different types of welding are used in industries such as Electric welding, Gas welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, etc.
Apart from that, there are also many other industrial tools that make industries safe, accurate and efficient such as grinders, hacksaw, and many others.
